Removing
l  Poly V-belt must be removed → Chapter.
   
–  Remove centre noise insulation -1 ... 3-.
  A10-1565
–  Remove noise insulation (right-side) -fasteners 1 ... 3-.
  A10-1643
–  Remove vibration damper / pulley.
  Note
To loosen and tighten the crankshaft pulley, counterhold central bolt with a ring spanner.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
l  Tightening torques → Chapter
  N15-10315
–  Install the crankshaft pulley with genuine bolts only: → Parts catalogue.
t  Assembly is only possible in one position: The hole -arrow- in the crankshaft pulley must fit over the projection on the toothed belt sprocket.
