t  Drift sleeve -30-100-
  W00-0359
t  Thrust plate -40-105-
t  Two-arm puller, commercially available
t  Protective gloves
Removing
–  Remove sump → Chapter.
–  Remove sealing flange (pulley end) → Chapter.
–  Remove the following components:
t  Chain sprocket for oil pump → Item.
t  Chain tensioner → Item.
t  Chain → Item.

–  Pull off crankshaft drive chain sprocket using e.g. claw-type puller -Kukko 44-1--item 2- (protect end of crankshaft with thrust plate -40-105--item 1-).

Installing
  WARNING
Wear protective gloves.
–  Heat drive chain sprocket in oven for approx. 15 minutes to 220°C.
–  Using pliers, locate drive chain sprocket on end of crankshaft.
l  Installation position: wider collar on drive chain sprocket faces engine.
–  Push drive chain sprocket onto crankshaft as far as the stop using drift sleeve -30-100-.
–  Install sealing flange (pulley end) → Chapter.
–  Install sump → Chapter.
