Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Puller -T40039-
Removing
–  Remove engine cover panel → Chapter.
–  Remove cover with oil separator (engine code letters BYT only) → Chapter.

–  Release electrical connectors -3- and pull all connectors off ignition coils at the same time.
  Note
Illustration shows engine with code letters BYT.

–  Pull out all ignition coils using puller -T40039-.
Installing:
–  Fit all ignition coils loosely into spark plug holes.
–  Align the ignition coils with the connectors and attach all connectors onto ignition coils simultaneously.
–  Press ignition coils onto spark plugs by hand with uniform pressure (do not use any tools).
