Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

Position internal upholstery - 2 - at top of pass-through.

Press internal upholstery on bottom side onto clips - 3 - on hinge - 1 - and pass-through - 4 -.
-
If the internal upholstery cannot be pressed on, carefully press in clips - 3 - with a screwdriver until upholstery engages in retainer.
