Mount the Thrust Piece (T10353) on the seal - 1 - and press it into the cylinder block all the way with the bolt - 2 -; when doing this, do not bend
the sealing ring.

Install the coolant pump toothed belt. Refer to => [ Coolant Pump Toothed Belt ] See: Coolant Pump Toothed Belt.

Install the oil separator. Refer to => [ Oil Separator ] See: Powertrain Management/Emission Control Systems/Positive Crankcase Ventilation/Oil
Separator/Service and Repair.

Install After-Run Coolant Pump (V51). Refer to => [ After-Run Coolant Pump ] See: After-Run Coolant Pump/Service and Repair/After-Run
Coolant Pump.

Install the small coolant pipe. Refer to => [ Small Coolant Pipe ] See: Coolant Line/Hose/Service and Repair/Small Coolant Pipe.

Fill with coolant => [ Filling ] See: Service and Repair.
