Check the markings on the intermediate shaft sprocket/balance shaft -  arrow -.

‹› Due to the ratio, the marking align only every 7th turn.

Further installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

Install balance shaft timing chain. Refer to => [ Balance Shaft Timing Chain ] See: Cylinder Block Assembly/Balance Shaft Chain/Service and

Install camshaft timing chain. Refer to => [ Camshaft Timing Chain ] See: Timing Components/Timing Chain/Service and Repair/Camshaft
Timing Chain.

Install lower timing chain cover. Refer to => [ Lower Timing Chain Cover ] See: Timing Components/Timing Cover/Service and Repair/Lower
Timing Chain Cover.

Install timing chain upper cover. Refer to => [ Upper Timing Chain Cover ] See: Timing Components/Timing Cover/Service and Repair/Upper
Timing Chain Cover.

Install ribbed belt tensioner. Refer to => [ Ribbed Belt Tensioner ] See: Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt
Tensioner/Service and Repair.

Install ribbed belt. Refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] See: Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Ribbed Belt.

Adjust subframe mount. Refer to => [ Subframe Mount, Adjusting ] See: Body and Frame/Frame/Subframe/Front Subframe Mount/Adjustments.

Replace coolant pump drive seal. Refer to => [ Coolant Pump Drive Shaft Seal ] See: Water Pump/Service and Repair/Coolant Pump Drive Shaft
Seal.

Install coolant pump toothed belt. Refer to => [ Coolant Pump Toothed Belt ] See: Water Pump/Service and Repair/Coolant Pump Toothed Belt.
