Removing
CAUTION!
Risk of scalding due to hot steam and hot coolant.
‹› When the engine is warm the cooling system is under pressure.
‹› To reduce pressure, cover coolant reservoir cap with cloth and carefully open.

Drain coolant => [ Cooling System, Draining and Filling ] See: Cooling System/Service and Repair.

Remove the accessory assembly bracket => [ Accessory Assembly Bracket ] See: Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Service and
Repair.

Remove the bolts - 4 and 5 - and remove the engine oil cooler - 3 - together with the seal - 2 -.
Installing
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:
