Coat the sealing ring and the O-ring with engine oil.

Install the timing chain upper cover using the Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1783) and Open End Spanner Insert AF 10 (V.A.G 1783/1), tightening

Install the Camshaft Adjustment Valve 1 (N205 ). Refer to => [ Camshaft Adjustment Valve 1 ] See: Variable Valve Timing/Variable Valve
