‹› Replace the steering gear if there is corrosion, damage or wear on the steering rack.
Installing
CAUTION.
Do not use other grease under any circumstances.

Coat new thrust piece - arrow - (contact surface to rack), gasket and hole in the steering gear housing - arrow - with grease (G 052 192 A1)
provided.

Insert thrust piece in steering gear housing.
-
Install new sealing ring - arrow - and new spring.
