Windshield Washer Spray Nozzle: Service and Repair
Windshield Washer System, From 06.2008

Washer Spray Nozzles

Removing

-

Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

-

Remove the nozzle from the plenum chamber cover - arrow -. 

-

Release the securing clip and remove the washer fluid line -  3 - from the nozzle - 1 - for the windshield washer system.

-

Disconnect the electrical connector - 2 - if applicable. 

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

-

Make sure the securing clip engages audibly in the washer line connection when connecting the line.

-

Install the nozzle into the plenum chamber cover.
