Wiper Motor: Service and Repair

Rear Window Wiper Motor

Removing

-

Remove wiper arm => [ Rear Window Wiper Arm ] See: Wiper Arm/Service and Repair/Rear Window Wiper Arm.

-

Remove lower luggage compartment lid trim => Body

Interior 70 Removal and Installation.

-

Disconnect electrical connector - 2 -.

-

Remove washer fluid hose - 1 - from spray nozzle connecting hose.

-

Remove nuts - arrows - and remove wiper motor.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

-

Carefully attach rubber seal in rear window bore.

‹› Washer fluid hose must engage audibly into spray jet connector.

Switch on ignition.

-

Activate the rear window wiper and allow the wiper motor to move to end position.

-

Switch off ignition.

-

Install lower rear lid trim.
