‹› Insert window frame and window regulator into door from above.

‹› Knock in the upper profile halves of door-side gasket into window frame at top.

‹› Window frame can be adapted to the door by loosening the longitudinal adjustment screw - a - => [ Lateral adjustment screw ]. 

‹› Install the collar bolts - 4 - and hand tighten.

‹› Install the adjusting screw - arrow a - all the way into the door (9 mm hex socket).

‹› Insert the rear bolt - 6 -.

‹› Lightly press window frame - 1 - inward at top.

‹› Tighten collared shoulder bolts - 4 - to 32 Nm.

‹› Unscrew adjustment screws for longitudinal adjustment arrow -  c - and for inclination arrow - b - to stop using an Allen wrench (width across

flats 9 mm).

‹› Tighten bolts - 6 - to 32 Nm.

‹› If the bolt came loose while comparing the length - arrow b -, tighten it now to 32 Nm.

‹› Tighten lower bolts - 7 - for window regulator to 6 Nm.

‹› Tighten upper bolts - 8 - to 6 Nm.

‹› For door inclination adjustment, adjustment bushing - arrow c - must only make contact on door plate.

‹› Window frame must not be adjusted by adjusting the adjustment bushing, rather window frame must first be pressed into the correct position and

then adjustment bushing must contact inner door plate.

‹› Tighten all bolts in the specified sequence.

‹› Bolted to window frame for installing in door.

‹›  32 Nm

‹› The collar bolts - 4 - assure that the height of the window frame is always correct.

‹› If it also necessary to adjust window frame height nevertheless, collared shoulder bolts can be replaced with standard bolts.

‹› Now, further adjustments to window frame height can be performed.
