Installing

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

NOTE:

-

Upper D-pillar trim threaded holes must be cleaned of locking compound residue after removal. Otherwise, new screws could lock up when
installed and shear off when removed again.

-

They can be cleaned with a thread cutter.

-

Replace self-locking screws.

-

Replace damaged spring clamps.

-

Install automatic belt retractor.

-

Install side trim.

-

Install rear cross panel trim.

-

Install lower C-pillar trim: vehicles without side airbag, vehicles with side airbag.

-

Install rear seat backrest.

-

Install rear seat bench.

Tightening torques
