Removing and Installing

Lower A-pillar trim panel

Removing
-

Remove instrument panel cover.

-

Remove lower A-pillar trim - 1 - from clip - 9 -.

-

Remove lower A-pillar trim - 1 - from door sill molding - 8 - and plastic bracket - 6 -.

Installing
Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

NOTE:  Replace damaged spring clips - 7 - and - 9 -.

Before installing lower A-pillar trim - 1 -, ensure spring clip - 7 - is positioned correctly.

When installing, ensure lower A-pillar trim tab - 1 - and door sill molding tab - 8 - engage.

-

After completing installation, stretch door sealing profile over lower A-pillar trim.
