‹› Torque wrench (V.A.G 1331)

‹› Torque wrench (V.A.G 1410)

‹› Brake pedal depressor (V.A.G 1869/2)

Sealing plug repair kit, part no. 1H0 698 311 A

After separating control module from hydraulic unit, the transport protection for valve body must be placed on hydraulic unit. 

There is no guarantee for hydraulic units without transportation protection.

Transport protection for valve body (foam material)

Sealing plugs M10 for brake lines and threaded bores

Sealing plugs M12 for brake lines and threaded bores

Removing

-

If equipped, remove covers at right rear of engine compartment.

Install brake pedal loading device (V.A.G 1869/2 ) between brake pedal and driver seat. Depress brake pedal a minimum of 60 mm.
