ABS Control Module and ABS Hydraulic Unit Assembly Overview

CAUTION!
If the brake line connections are interchanged, the ESP system will malfunction.

After fastening the brake lines to the hydraulic unit, perform the output check diagnosis. Diagnostic Operation System (VAS5051A )

‹› By performing the output check diagnosis, it can be determined if the line connections were interchanged.

1 - Brake line

‹› Hydraulic unit to left rear brake caliper

2 - Internal TORX bolt, 4 Nm

3 - Brake line

‹› Hydraulic unit to right rear brake caliper

4 - Internal TORX bolt, 4 Nm

5 - ABS hydraulic unit (N55)

‹› Location: In engine compartment, right
