Remove brake booster.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, with special attention to the following:

Clip brake pedal together with brake booster => [ Brake Pedal and Brake Booster, Separating ] See: Brake Pedal Assy/Service and Repair/Brake
Pedal and Brake Booster, Separating.

Install brake master cylinder => [ Brake Master Cylinder ] See: Hydraulic System/Brake Master Cylinder/Service and Repair/Brake Master
Cylinder.

Bleed brake system: ABS/ESP Mark 60 => [ Brake System, Bleeding ] See: Brake Bleeding/Service and Repair/Brake System, Bleeding.

Bleed clutch hydraulic system: => Manual Transmission

On vehicles with ABS/ESP, initiate basic setting for brake pressure sensor(s). Diagnostic Operation System (VAS5051A)

-

On vehicles with ABS/ESP Mark 60, perform ESP test drive.

For this, use Diagnostic Operation System (VAS5051A).
