Active Exhaust System Actuator: Service and Repair
Exhaust Flap Vacuum Diaphragm
Removing
-
Remove the hose on the exhaust flap vacuum diaphragm on the each rear muffler.

Press the tab - 1 - and unclip the vacuum diaphragm in direction of arrow.
-
Disengage the vacuum diaphragm from the exhaust flap linkage and remove the heat shield.
Installing
Installation is in reverse order of removal.
