Fuel supply line

‹› Black

‹› To fuel filter

‹› Do not kink

‹› Attaches to connection with identification "V" at sealing flange

‹› To remove from locking flange, press release button on connecting piece

Fuel return line

‹› Blue

‹› From fuel filter

‹› Do not kink

‹› Attaches to connection with identification "R" at sealing flange

‹› To remove from locking flange, press release button on connecting piece

Electrical harness connector

‹› For Transfer Fuel Pump (G6) and Fuel Level Sensor (G)

Locking ring

‹› Use wrench (T10202) for removal and installation 

‹› Tighten to 110 Nm.

Fuel delivery line

‹› From suction jet pump to fuel delivery unit

‹› Clipped into fuel delivery unit

Electrical harness connector

‹› For Fuel Level Sensor 2 (G169)

Locking ring

‹› Use wrench (T10202) for removal and installation 

‹› Tighten to 110 Nm.

Seal

‹› Replace

‹› Install dry

Fuel Level Sensor 2 (G169)

‹› Only available together with - 13 -

‹› Installed location => [ Press locking flange down against spring
