Left Engine Compartment E-Box, through 06.2008

Removing

-

With ignition switched off, disconnect ground cable at battery: 

‹› Battery in engine compartment => [ Battery, Engine Compartment, Disconnecting and Connecting ] See: Battery/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Battery, Engine Compartment, Disconnecting and Connecting

‹› Battery in luggage compartment => [ Battery, Luggage Compartment, Disconnecting and Connecting ] See: Battery/Service and Repair/Removal

and Replacement/Battery, Luggage Compartment, Disconnecting and Connecting.

Slide both latches in - direction of arrow - and remove the E-box cover.

-

Remove the bolts - arrow -.

-

Remove the relay and fuse holder B (SB) from the engine compartment E-box.

-

Move the relay fuse holder B (SB) with the wires still connected to the side.

-

Release the retaining straps - arrows -.
