Coat O-rings -arrows- with transmission fluid.

Install oil pan.

Connect connector of Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG) Mechatronic J743 and engage retainer by turning.

Clean sealing surface between transmission fluid pump cover and transmission.

Set new transmission fluid pump cover -A- in place and tighten with new bolts -arrows - in a diagonal sequence to 8 Nm.

Heed appropriate instructions for work to be following battery connection.

Fill transmission fluid and check transmission fluid level.

Perform basic setting with the vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system VAS 5051B.
