Kick-Down Function, Programming, Automatic or DSG Transmission
‹› If the accelerator pedal module or engine control module is replaced in vehicles with an automatic or DSG transmission, the kick-down function
must be adapted.
Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required
‹› Vehicle diagnostic, testing, and information system (VAS 5051B)
Procedure
‹› Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System ( VAS 5051B) connected to Data Link Connector (DLC) - arrow -.
‹› No faults in DTC memory.
‹› Engine not running, ignition switched on.
