Removing

Remove backrest cover panel. Refer to => [ Backrest Cover ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front Manual Seats.
Headrest guide without release button:

Press catch - 2 - in - direction of arrow A - and press retaining claws in - direction of arrow B -.

Pull headrest guide - 1 - upward out of mount.
‹› Headrest guide cannot be removed without destroying it.
