Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

Check the sealing grommet - 1 - for damage.

From above, push the windshield washer pump ( V5) - item 2 - into the windshield washer fluid reservoir; while doing this the washer fluid pump
is guided by both mounting tabs -  arrows -.

Install fog lamp => [ Fog Lamp, through 05.2008 ] See: Lighting and Horns/Fog/Driving Lamp/Service and Repair/Fog Lamp, Through 05.2008.

Install the front section of the front right wheel housing liner
