Swing coolant pump forward.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Replace O-ring.

Clean or smooth O-ring sealing surface.

Coat new O-ring with coolant additive G12+.

-

Insert coolant pump - 2 -.

-

Tighten bolts - 1  - of coolant pump.

-

Install belt pulley.

Install ribbed belt. Refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] See: Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Ribbed
Belt.

Fill with coolant => [ Filling ] See: Service and Repair.

-

Adjust the engine mounts. Refer to => [ Subframe Mount, Adjusting ] See: Body and Frame/Frame/Subframe/Front Subframe Mount/Adjustments.
