Stationary Selector Mechanism Cover

Removing

-

Remove selector lever handle => [ Selector Lever Handle ] See: Selector Lever With Boot/Selector Lever Handle.

-

Switch ignition off.

-

Open ashtray in the center console.

-

Pull selector lever cover upward and off - arrows -. 

-

Release all 4 clips - arrows - and pull cover -  1 - with guide upwards to remove.

-

Disconnect electrical connector.

Installing

Install in reverse sequence; note the following points:

‹› When connecting the electrical connector, make sure that the contact pins of the circuit board are not bent and that the retaining tabs of the cover

do not break off.

Install selector lever handle => [ Selector Lever Handle ] See: Selector Lever With Boot/Selector Lever Handle.
