Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Torque wrench V.A.G 1783

Spring clamp

Luggage compartment trim

-

Removal:
-

Remove rear seat side panel or rear side airbag.

-

Disengage luggage compartment floor at cargo tray and remove.

-

Remove rear cross panel trim.

-

Remove bolts - 4 - (4x) for tie-downs - 5 -.

-

Remove bolt - 3 - (1x). Unclip trim -spring clips - 1 - (4x).

-

Disconnect rear socket electrical connector (right trim).
