Remove headrest.

Disengage grip channel - 2 - by prying out of guide channel - 1 - using a screwdriver.

Lift cover over button collar - 3 - using a screwdriver.

Remove first headrest support - 1 - on the side lying opposite of button - 3 - from cushion with cover - 2 -.

Remove cushion - 2 - out of cover - 3 -.
