Indicated on display of VAS 5051:

Activate basic setting by pressing button A.

Depress accelerator pedal and brake pedal at the same time, engine speed increases to approximately 1900 RPM.

Test requirement:

Accelerator pedal and brake pedal depressed at the same time, engine runs at approximately 1900 RPM.

^

Check specified values in display fields -3- and -4-.

^

Click on - button.

^

Switch over to Read measured value block.

Camshaft adjustment (exhaust), checking
Indicated on display of VAS 5051:
1. Enter display group: maximum input value = 255

Select function "090" in button field -2- for "display group number 090" and press Q button to confirm input.
