Coolant Pump, Removing and Installing

Coolant pump, removing and installing

Removing

Drain coolant.

^

Toothed belt, removing, Refer to Timing Belt, Service and Repair.

^

Remove camshaft gears from right cylinder head.

^

Unscrew bolts -1- and remove bracket with idler roller.

^

Unscrew bolts -2- and remove toothed belt guard at rear right.

^

Remove eccentric pulley for toothed belt.

^

Remove nuts -2- for toothed belt guard ar left rear.

^

Remove bolts -1- for coolant pump and remove coolant pump.

Installing 
Installation is reverse of removal:

Note:  Replace gaskets and O-rings.

Install toothed belt (adjust timing), Refer to Timing Belt, Service and Repair.

^

Top up coolant.

Tightening torques
