Left And Right Instrument Panel Air Guides, Removing And Installing

Special Tools and Equipment

Pop-rivet pliers VAS 5072

Removing

-

Remove instrument panel.

-

Remove air quality sensor on the damaged side.

-

Cut through weld points -2- (4x) flush to air guide using a sharp knife.

-

Remove damaged air guide.

-

Bore a 5mm hole at points -2- (3x).

Installing

-

Install new air guide, making sure that no pieces remain in the air channel.

-

Rivet in the provided pop rivets for air guide at points -2- (3x).

-

Install the provided bolt -3- for air guide.

-

Rest of installation is reverse of removal.
