Remove securing ring -A-.

Remove pulley -B-.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal.

NOTE:

-

Replace securing ring -A-.

When installing securing ring -A-, make sure it is not bent up more than is necessary for installation.

Insert securing ring -A- on proper side, the side with installing slopes -C- faces away from compressor (install flat side facing compressor).

Ensure proper seating of securing ring in groove on compressor flange.

Clean compressor flange before installing the pulley, as pulley must be able to be installed easily. (Installing must be possible without excessive
force).
