1 - signifies service is active, i.e. "SERVICE" is displayed in dash panel.

Note:

The service indication is only to be reset by way of direct input

- Press --> button.

Indicated on display:

The service situation is reset by means of the following adaption value:

- Enter the appropriate adaption value (00000) via the button pad to reset the service interval.
- Press button -0- five times.

Indicated on display:

- Confirm entry with -Q- button.

Indicated on display:

0 - means service is reset, i.e. "SERVICE IN 10,000 miles (16,000 km)" appears in the combination instrument after acknowledging with the -Q-
button.

- Confirm entry with -Q- button.

Indicated on display:

- Confirm entry with -Q- button.

Indicated on display:

- Press --> button to terminate resetting of Service Interval Display.

Adaptation values: checking or changing

After resetting the service display, the following channels and adaptation values must be checked or changed.
