If hose and connection at pump are OK:

Replace pump.

Recheck using "071" again and verify that new LDP operates correctly.

Reinstall fuel cap.

Remove clamp and check entire EVAP system.

Erase any stored DTCs.
When procedure applies to vehicles within the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, use the table.
