Route Ground (GND) connection as shown in figure.

First, engage contact -1- of Ground (GND) connection into securing opening on fuel tank -4-.

-

Ensure connector -3- of Ground (GND) connection fits securely at metal ring -2- of fuel filler tube.

CAUTION:  After installing, check electrical connection of metal ring at fuel filler tube to a blank portion of chassis using Ohm meter:

Specified value: approx. 0 Ohm.
