Lift out damping washer -1- and noise insulation -2-.
-
Remove noise insulation for shift lever housing -arrows-.

Remove securing nuts -arrows- for shift lever housing.
This lowers the shift lever housing.

Detach push rod, by removing hex socket -head bolt -2-.

Remove selector rod, by removing hex socket -head bolt -3-.
-
Detach complete rear push rod - from shift lever housing -arrows-.

Remove shift lever with rear push rod - from shift lever housing.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, note the following:
