For vehicles with auxiliary heater, remove bolts -arrows- for exhaust pipe of parking heater/auxiliary heater on sound insulation.

Loosen bolts or quick-release fasteners -1- and -2- and remove front sound insulation.
Note:

Observe rules for cleanliness when working on the automatic transmission.

Place a drip tray underneath transmission.

Remove union nut -arrow- and disconnect ATF-line to auxiliary ATF filter.

Disconnect air hoses -1- and -2- at Secondary Air Injection (AIR) pump.
Note:

Electrical harness connector -3- remains connected.
