Installation position of Ground (GND) connection

Route Ground (GND) connection as shown in figure.

First hook Ground (GND) connection contact -1- into securing hole on fuel tank -5- and then press in spacer bushing -2-.

Make sure Ground (GND) connector connection -4- fits securely at metal ring -3- of fuel filler tube.

CAUTION:  After installing, check electrical connection of metal ring at fuel filler tube to a blank portion of chassis using Ohm meter:
