Condition

Various noises can be heard during window operation, particularly with the window moving up. The noise appears to originate from the window
regulator.

Technical Background

During window operation, the damper/spring assembly on the gear housing of the window regulator moves within its mounting, creating noises.

Continuous improvements at the supplier.

Service

1. Remove the door panel of the affected side.

2. Close the window.
