Place a drip tray underneath transmission.

-

Remove union nuts -1- and -2- and disconnect ATF lines.

-

Remove clamp for ATF-lines -arrow-.

-

Remove auxiliary ATF filter on transmission -arrows-.

Installing

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
-

Check ATF level and correct.

Tightening Torques

Auxiliary ATF filter, removing and installing (vehicles with 2.0 L normally aspirated- and 6-cyl. gasoline engine)

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required
