Attaching bumper cross member to impact absorber > < Removing and installing bumper cross member up to Model Year 2005

A4 Cabriolet Mk2

Removing bumper cross member from cover/installing
Removing bumper cross member from cover/installing
–  Bumper cover removed
–  Unscrew the horn -4-.
   
–  Disconnect the headlight washer system hose -5- on both sides (press the release buttons).
–  Screw out the bolts -3- of the right headlight washer system spray jet - leave the spray jet in position.
–  Screw out the bolts -1- (5x).
–  Prise off the clips -2- (3x).
–  Swivel aside the headlight washer system spray jet and detach the cross member from the bumper cover.
