Removing and installing hydraulic pipes at connection plate Special tools and workshop equipment required

t  Assembly mandrel -3335-

Removing Heed rules for cleanliness → Chapter. Connection table for hydraulic pump → Anchor –  Remove hydraulic pump → Chapter. –  Remove the centre and side rear wall trim → Rep. Gr.70.

–  Lift spring lock washer -1- at hydraulic pipes to be removed (supply and return) over collar at connection piece using a small screwdriver and remove.

Installing –  Insert hydraulic pipe with connection piece through connection plate. –  Position sleeve -1- of assembly mandrel -3335- over connection piece. –  Slip spring lock washer -2- onto sleeve and press home with assembly mandrel -3335-.   Note

The spring lock washer -2- must be fully fitted over the collar at the connection piece -1-. –  Coat sealing ring -3- with hydraulic fluid and slip it onto connection piece.
