Reading measured value block
Reading measured value block
–  Connect fault reader and select function "engine electronics" → Chapter.
–  Press → key.
   
Indicated on display (function selection):
–  Press keys 0 and 8 for the function “Read measured value block”.
–  Confirm entry with Q key.

–  Press keys 0, 0 and 8.
–  Confirm entry with Q key.

  Vacuum
t  Vacuum measured at brake servo unit
t  Display for vented brake servo unit approx. 960, for evacuated brake servo unit approx. 450, depending on ambient pressure.
 Vacuum pump
t  Pump off
t  Pump on
–  If pump does not run although display shows “Pump on” conduct fault finding according to current flow diagram.
Brake pedal:
t  Brake pedal not depressed
t  Brake pedal depressed
–  In the event of any deviations check brake light switch.
