Installing
Installing
Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:
–  Check type of seal at connections and refrigerant pipes (must be designed for same type of seal) → Chapter and → Parts List
–  Replace O-rings -D- and -E-; for version refer to → Parts List
   
–  Tighten the bolts -B- to 10 Nm (bolts with M6 thread) and 25 Nm (bolts with M8 thread).
–  Tighten the bolt -A- to 10 Nm (bolts with M6 thread) and 25 Nm (bolts with M8 thread).
  Note
t  Tighten bolts -B- and then secure clip -C- with bolt -A-.
t  Use is not to be made of O-rings from caps of replacement compressor connections.

t  Following attachment, check routing of refrigerant pipes -A-. They must be inserted in holders -B- provided and not make contact with other components.
