Removing and installing camshaft control valve 1 -N205-

Removing –  Lift off engine cover -arrows-.

–  If fitted, detach cover -1- on right of engine compartment.

–  Disconnect air pipe -arrow-.

–  Disconnect air pipes -1- and -2-. –  Detach hose on underside of air pipe and take out air pipe.

–  Unplug electrical connector -2- at inlet camshaft control valve 1 -N205-. –  Unscrew earth cable -3-.   Note Disregard -item 1-.

–  Remove bolts -arrows- and take off inlet camshaft control valve 1 -N205-.   Note Shown from rear with engine removed for illustration purposes.

Installing Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:   Note t  Renew seal. t  Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment) → Parts catalogue. –  Lubricate piston -arrow- lightly with engine oil. –  Carefully insert inlet camshaft control valve 1 -N205- into cylinder head. Tightening torque
