General Body Assembly
Servicing sliding/tilting sunroof
Removing and installing sliding/tilting sunroof panel

  • ‒ Open sunroof to tilt position.
  • ‒ Detach left and right covers towards centre of vehicle => Fig.2.
  • ‒ → Unscrew Torx bolts (3*) on left and right.
  • ‒ Lift out sunroof panel.
Important
Do not run sunroof backwards into roof of vehicle with panel removed.
Drain channel would catch in roof cross strut, making sunroof difficult to close.
  • ‒ Tightening torque for Torx bolts on installation: 4.5 + 0.5 Nm.
