Removing and installing centre armrest

  • Centre armrest
    • ‒ Remove handbrake lever trim
    • ‒ To remove, nut -7- rear ashtray and tray insert must be removed.
    • ‒ Unscrew nut -7- (3x).
    • ‒ Remove rear section of centre console with centre armrest.
    • ‒ Unscrew bolt - 5- (1x).
    • ‒ Pull centre armrest -1- out of bottom part of support bracket -4-.
    • ‒ Unscrew bolts -6- (3x).
    • ‒ Remove bottom part of support bracket -4- from rear section of centre console -2-.
  • Rear centre console

  • Cut out for centre armrest
    • ‒ Cut out for centre armrest -3- in centre console -2- is premarked for retrofitting on underside.
    • ‒ For retrofitting without marking in centre console .
  • Bottom part of support bracket
  • Bolt (1x)
    • ‒ Tightening torque 10 Nm
  • Bolts (3x)
    • ‒ Tightening torque 3.5 Nm
  • Nut (3x)
    • ‒ Tightening torque 10 Nm
