• ‒ Disconnect battery earthing strap/cable.
• ‒ Remove front section of centre console
• ‒ Release safety bracket at connection -3-.
• ‒ Pull connector -3- out of control unit -1-.
• ‒ Unscrew bolts -3- (3x).
• ‒ Tightening torque 6 Nm
• ‒ Remove control unit.

Note:

Renew coding if control unit is replaced.
