Removing

• ‒ Move lock carrier to service position.

=> General Body Assembly, Exterior; Repair group 50; Body front; Lock carrier service position

• ‒ Drain the refrigerant circuit

=> Air conditioner - with refrigerant R134a

• ‒ → Screw out the bolts -A- (20 Nm).
• ‒ Remove the refrigerant pipes from the condenser.

Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

• ‒ Replace the O-ring seals -B- (14.0 mm/1.8 mm) and -C- (10.8 mm/1.8 mm).
