  • Plastic slave cylinder
    • ◆ Do not operate clutch pedal after slave cylinder has been removed.
    • ◆ Brake fluid must not be allowed to get onto the gearbox
    • ◆ Grease lightly before installing

    • ◆ When installing push in until the securing bolt can be fitted.
    • ◆ With plug-in connection for hose/pipe assembly

  • ‒ Before inserting slave cylinder in gearbox housing, lubricate area -a- of boot with lithium grease G 052 150 A2.
  • ‒ Coat contact surface for push rod at clutch release lever with a thin layer of copper grease, e.g. Z381 351 TE.

Removing

  • ‒ To disconnect pipe, use a screwdriver to lever out retaining clip -A- so that it clicks. The pipe can then be pulled out.

Installing

  • ‒ Press in retaining clip -A- as far as it will go.
  • ‒ Push pipe into slave cylinder until it engages audibly.
